FREE Scratch Chat Pupil Activity (Code 19QA) – introduces pupils to Scratch.
Scratch Shapes – learn to draw shapes by writing programs in Scratch. Covers sequencing, turns (angles) and loops.
Scratch Bats – learn to use costumes, loops, glides and pauses to program flying animations.
Scratch Control – learn to program keyboard and touch screen inputs to move characters/sprites around on-screen. Also covers loops and has as an extension challenge guiding pupils through programming a sprite to jump forward.
Scratch Maps – Create an interactive map in Scratch to provide facts about a place or landmark using mouse inputs and text outputs.
Scratch Traffic Lights – Pupils can learn to program a a traffic light sequence using wait, change costume and loop commands. Video tutorials guide pupils through the first part of the sequence and then pupils are challenged to finish the sequence.
