In order to purchase a new subscription or renew your existing school subscription via invoice, please email adam@iLearn2.co.uk and put the subject of the email as ‘School Subscription Invoice’ or reply to your renewal reminder email. Please include the following information in order for us to process an invoice:
– School name and full address
– Contact name and email address of person associated with the account
– Contact name and email address for invoice (business manager, accounts etc)
– Purchase order number to put on your invoice (if applicable)
– State if the subscription is a new subscription or renewal
– Size of the school (Up to 150 pupil, 150-300 pupils or 300-450 pupils)

Please note, due to the administration and bank charges involved, we are unable to offer the online purchase price when an invoice is required for BACS/cheque payment and there is a £15 charge per subscription. Therefore the price will be £144 for 1 year for a school with up to 150 pupils, £174 for 150-300 pupils and £204 for the year for a school with 300-450 pupils.

We are only able to invoice schools in the UK – all international schools will need to purchase online on the pricing page.
